Renewed without a callMembers leave quietly. Usually at renewal.
Membership ended, nobody noticed
No reminder went out, the member stopped coming, and by the time anyone calls they’ve joined somewhere else.
Came once, never heard from
Trial visitors leave with a smile and a brochure. Nobody follows up while they’re still deciding.
Posted in a group nobody reads
The 7 am batch moves and half the members turn up at the old time.
For gyms, yoga, Zumba, CrossFit and pilates studios.
Everything below is included. No chatbot add-on, no separate inbox tool.
Monthly, quarterly, yearly, batch timings, trainer details: answered in a second, in your words.
Visitors book a free trial; members book personal training in a trainer’s free slots.
A renewal reminder on the days you set, with a Razorpay or PayU link and a receipt when paid.
A follow-up after the trial, then an offer a few days later. It stops the moment they reply.
Tag members by batch, plan or branch, and tell only the morning yoga batch about a change.
New, Interested, Qualified, Won: see where every lead is and send an offer to one stage only.
Front desk and trainers on the same number, each chat assigned, with notes.
Every trial booking and renewal payment added to your sheet automatically.
Same number your members have. Same app on your phone.
No new number to announce. GetSetSales connects to the number you already use, and you keep chatting from the WhatsApp Business app. The automations and the team inbox run alongside.
- Nothing changes for members — same number, same chats, same profile.
- Your contacts and recent chats come across — up to 6 months of history.
- Official WhatsApp Business API — offers to members without the ban risk of unofficial tools.

Three steps. We do the hard one with you.
Create your free account
No card. Just your name, email and WhatsApp number.
Connect your number
Through Meta’s own window, from a laptop, with the phone that has your WhatsApp Business app.
We set up your studio
Your plans, batches, trial slots and renewal reminders, set up with you on a call. You leave with it running.
Before you sign up.
Will I lose my WhatsApp Business app or my number?
No. You connect the number you already use and keep chatting from the app on your phone. The automations and the team inbox run on the same number from GetSetSales.
Can renewal reminders go out on their own?
Yes. Add members to a reminder sequence with the days you choose, using a message template Meta approves. Put your payment link in it, and the sequence stops when they reply.
Can members pay the renewal on WhatsApp?
Yes. Connect your Razorpay or PayU account. When the payment comes in, a receipt goes out on WhatsApp automatically, and you can log it to Google Sheets.
Does it connect to my gym management software?
Not out of the box. Razorpay, PayU and Google Sheets are built in; other software can connect through our API, usually with a developer’s help.
What will it cost?
There is no base subscription. We charge ₹0.15 once per conversation: 200 renewal reminders in a month is ₹30. Your first 100 are free. Booking trials and PT sessions in the chat uses the Meetings add-on: ₹199 a month after a 20-day free trial. Meta bills its own charge for template messages to you directly, at its published rate.
I’m not technical. Can I still use it?
Yes. We set it up with you on a free 15-minute call. After that you only change the words when you want to.
