Planning estimate, not a quote. Meta rates vary by market, category, volume and applicable free windows. The calculator uses the template rate you enter, and Meta’s India rate of ₹0.115 for each reply after the first 1,000 a month. AiSensy and WATI figures use the plan prices and India per-message rates on their own pricing pages, effective 1 October 2026 (AiSensy, WATI), billed monthly, before any tax they add; their rates include Meta’s charge. Each is priced with what every GetSetSales account includes — scheduled campaigns, the automation builder and a team inbox: AiSensy as Pro (₹3,200, for campaign scheduling) with its Chatbot Flows add-on (₹2,500), WATI as Growth (₹2,999), which includes automations. Other plans, discounts and add-ons will change their bills. Checked 7 October 2026.

What an account holds

Included, and what more costs

Most businesses never need the contact or team add-ons. They are there for when you outgrow what is included. Each lasts 30 days, and neither renews by itself.

IncludedIf you need more
Contacts10,000+1,00,000 for ₹499, for 30 days
Team members3, counting the owner₹199 per extra person for 30 days

Nothing is deleted if a contact pack runs out. Your contacts stay and your campaigns still send; you just cannot add or import more until you renew. Customers who write to you are always saved, even when your contact book is full.

GST not currently applicable. GST will be charged as applicable upon GST registration.

Optional add-ons

Calling, meetings and AI, if you want them

None is needed to send campaigns or answer chats. Each is switched on separately, and you pay only for the ones you use.

WhatsApp calling

Optional · per number

₹499for 30 days
500 minincoming calls, then ₹0.50/min
200 minoutgoing calls, then ₹0.75/min

Customers call your WhatsApp number and your team answers in the browser, with no phone system and no second number to publish. Calls carry on past the included minutes — they come out of your wallet at the rates above. Every number gets 10 minutes of calling to try it first. More about calling

Meetings

Optional · booking inside WhatsApp

₹199a month
20 days freestarts when you set up meetings, not at signup
₹0.15per reminder, like any template. Not part of the 20-day trial; your first 100 free messages cover them first

A “Book a meeting” step in any automation shows your free times in the chat; the customer taps one and it’s booked, with no double bookings. Choose up to five reminders, to the customer, to you or both, and add a Google Meet, Zoom or Teams link. Customers can confirm or ask to reschedule from the reminder. Paid monthly by card or UPI through Razorpay, separate from your wallet; cancel any time and it keeps working until the paid month ends.

AI add-on

Optional · pay per use

₹499for 10,000 credits
₹0.25 to ₹0.35per FAQ answer lookup, about 5 to 7 credits
About ₹0.20per AI step in an automation, about 4 credits

Write up to 15 common questions with your answers. When a customer asks one, AI recognises it and sends your answer, word for word — it never writes its own. Credits are used by how much the AI reads: 1 credit for about every 75 words. They do not expire and are not refundable, a use that fails is not charged, and nothing is spent until you turn it on in Billing. Prefer your own AI key? Add it in Settings and no credits are used.

Billing questions

How does billing work?

The wallet is prepaid. You top up, and our platform fee comes out of it as messages are delivered — ₹0.15 for a template message you start a conversation with, and ₹0.15 once per customer conversation you answer, by bot or by your team — included when it follows up a template you sent them in the last 24 hours. Replies carry no fee from us. A message that fails to deliver is not charged. Meta bills its own charges to you separately, on your own Meta account. Your wallet history shows every top-up and every deduction.

How many contacts and team members are included?

10,000 contacts and 3 team members, counting the owner. A further 1,00,000 contacts is ₹499 for 30 days. Extra team members are ₹199 each for 30 days. There is no limit on campaigns.

What happens when a contact pack runs out?

Nothing is deleted and your campaigns still send to everyone you hold. You cannot add or import new contacts until you renew the pack or are back under 10,000. Customers who write to you are still saved.

How are contacts counted?

One contact is one phone number saved in your Contacts page, however many times you message it. Contacts you import, add by hand or send through the API count, and so do customers who write to you. A spreadsheet uploaded straight into a single campaign is not saved as contacts and does not count. Deleting a contact frees its place.

What happens when extra team seats run out?

Nothing renews by itself. When the 30 days end, the most recently added people beyond your three included seats are paused until you renew or remove someone. Nobody is deleted, and they are back in as soon as a seat is free.

What does the AI add-on cost?

It is optional and pay-per-use. You buy credits — 10,000 for ₹499 — and AI uses them as it works: 1 credit for about every 75 words it reads, with words it writes counted double. In practice an FAQ answer lookup is about 5 to 7 credits (₹0.25 to ₹0.35) and an AI step in an automation about 4 credits (₹0.20). Credits do not expire and are not refundable, a use that fails is not charged, and nothing is spent until you turn it on in Billing. The reply that reaches your customer counts as a conversation, ₹0.15 once per customer per 24 hours.

Can I use my own AI key instead of buying credits?

Yes. Add a key from Claude, ChatGPT, Kimi or any compatible provider in Settings, and AI in your automations and FAQ answers runs on it. You pay that provider directly and no credits are used.

Is there a minimum top-up?

Yes, ₹500. Sending, and starting new automation runs, pauses when your wallet balance falls to ₹100, so top up before it gets there. Replies to customers (from your Inbox, FAQ answers and the default reply) keep going a little past zero, to −₹10, and then stop too. Your first 100 messages need no balance at all.

Why do I also get a bill from Meta?

WhatsApp charges every business for the messages it sends, whichever platform it uses. Most platforms collect that charge from you and add a margin. We leave it between you and Meta: you add a payment method to your own WhatsApp Business Account, and Meta bills you at its published rate.

Do you charge GST?

Not at present. Digiturtle Marketing (OPC) Private Limited is not registered for GST, so none is added to a top-up or an add-on, and the amount you pay is the amount credited. GST will be charged as applicable upon GST registration.

Is there anything to cancel?

No. There is no subscription, so if you stop sending you simply stop being charged. Unused wallet balance is generally non-refundable; failed or duplicate payments are refunded in full. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

I send a lot. Is there volume pricing?

Write to support@getsetsales.in with roughly how many messages you send a month and we will work it out with you.

Set up in about 10 minutes. We’ll help if you get stuck.
