Calls carry on past the included minutes — they come out of your wallet at the rates above. You renew the pack when you want it.
Can I try calling before paying for a pack?
Yes. Every number gets 10 minutes of calling with no pack, so you can hear it work first. After that, calling needs a pack.
What happens after the included minutes?
Calls keep working. Incoming calls beyond 500 minutes cost ₹0.50 a minute and outgoing calls beyond 200 minutes cost ₹0.75 a minute, taken from your wallet.
Why do outgoing calls need permission?
It is WhatsApp’s rule: a business may only call a customer who has agreed to be called. The request is sent in the chat, and the customer accepts with a tap.
Is the pack shared across my numbers?
No. A pack belongs to one number. If you run several numbers, buy a pack only for the ones you want to take calls on.
Does calling work on a number I also use on the WhatsApp Business app?
No. Meta keeps the calls of a number that is also on the WhatsApp Business app in the app, so customers’ calls ring on your phone as before. Calling through GetSetSales, and the calling pack, are for numbers connected only to GetSetSales.
