Delete your data

GetSetSales, operated by Digiturtle Marketing (OPC) Private Limited, deletes your account and all data held for it on request. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.

How to request deletion

If you no longer have access to the registered email address, write from any address and we will verify your identity another way before acting.

What gets deleted

Once we have verified the request is genuinely from the account owner, within 30 days we:

• disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from our platform — the number itself stays yours;
• delete the access tokens we hold for your WhatsApp numbers;
• delete your contacts, conversations, message history and media;
• delete your campaigns, automations, templates and uploaded files;
• delete your team members' accounts and their access;
• delete your account itself.

We email you to confirm once it is done.

What we keep, and why

• Payment and tax records — retained for as long as Indian law requires us to keep them.
• Aggregate totals — billing figures that identify no person and no business may remain in our accounts.

Data held by Meta

Deleting your data here does not delete anything Meta holds about your WhatsApp Business Account, which is governed by your own relationship with Meta. Request that from Meta directly.
