Seen after class, answered too late
A parent asks timings while you’re teaching. By 9 pm they’ve booked a trial at the studio down the road.
Chasing fees one by one
Fee reminders go out from your phone, one parent at a time, and nobody is sure who has paid.
Forty parents, forty questions
Costume, rehearsal time, venue, passes. The same answers, typed again and again, in a dozen group chats.
Ready-made for classes. You just change the words.
Works the same for dance, music, art, yoga, swimming, chess or any batch-based class.
Answered in a second, day or night, in the words you write. English, Hindi or both.
Parents pick a free slot in the chat. Reminders go out by themselves the day before.
A Razorpay or PayU link in the reminder; the receipt goes out the moment they pay.
Rehearsals, costumes, results, holidays: to every parent at once, with approved templates.
Came for a trial but didn’t join? A follow-up goes out over a few days and stops when they reply.
Tag students by batch and level, then message only the Saturday kids, or only the advanced batch.
Teachers and the front desk see the same chats, so no parent waits for one person’s phone.
Every enquiry, trial and payment lands in your sheet, without anyone typing it in.
Same number on your posters. Same app on your phone.
No new number to announce. GetSetSales connects to the number you already use, and you keep chatting from the WhatsApp Business app. The automations and the team inbox run alongside.
- Nothing changes for parents — same number, same chats, same profile.
- Your contacts and recent chats come across — up to 6 months of history.
- Official WhatsApp Business API — updates to all parents without the ban risk of unofficial tools.
150 students’ monthly fee reminders = ₹22.50 to us. Trial-class booking (Meetings): ₹199/month after a 20-day free trial. Meta’s own charge for template messages is billed by Meta directly, at its published rate. Full pricing

We set up your class bot
Your batches, fees and trial slots, set up with you on a call. You leave with it running.
Before you sign up.
Will I lose my WhatsApp Business app or my number?
No. You connect the number you already use and keep chatting from the app on your phone. The automations and the team inbox run on the same number from GetSetSales.
Can I message only one batch?
Yes. Tag students by batch, level or branch, and send an update to just that group. Messages to students and parents use templates that Meta approves, and go only to people who have agreed to hear from you.
Can parents pay the monthly fee on WhatsApp?
Yes. Connect your Razorpay or PayU account and put the payment link in the reminder. When the payment comes in, a receipt goes out on WhatsApp automatically, and you can log it to Google Sheets.
Does it replace our parents’ WhatsApp group?
It can sit beside it. Groups are good for chatter; GetSetSales sends each parent their own message, so fee reminders stay private and nothing gets lost in a busy group.
What will it cost?
There is no base subscription. We charge ₹0.15 once per conversation: fee reminders to 150 students are ₹22.50. Your first 100 are free. Booking trial classes inside the chat uses the Meetings add-on: ₹199 a month after a 20-day free trial. Meta bills its own charge for template messages to you directly, at its published rate.
I’m not technical. Can I still use it?
Yes. The class automation comes ready-made; you change the words. And we’ll set it up with you on a free 15-minute call.
