This is a working draft covering how the service actually operates today. Have it reviewed by counsel before treating it as your finalized terms of service.

These Terms govern your use of GetSetSales, a platform for sending, automating, and tracking WhatsApp Business campaigns. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

The service

GetSetSales lets you connect a WhatsApp Business number, import and manage contacts, send template-based campaigns, build automated conversation flows, and view a shared inbox for replies. Messages are delivered through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform; your use of WhatsApp messaging through our platform is also subject to WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when signing up, and keep your login credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account, including anything sent by teammates you invite.
You must be authorized to connect and message customers through the WhatsApp Business number(s) you add to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use GetSetSales to:

Send unsolicited messages to people who have not opted in to hear from your business.
Send content that violates WhatsApp's own policies, applicable law, or infringes on anyone's rights.
Attempt to circumvent opt-out requests — a contact who unsubscribes from your business must not be messaged again.
Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, or whose WhatsApp messaging quality falls below Meta's own thresholds and puts the shared platform's standing at risk.

Billing

GetSetSales operates on a prepaid wallet: you add credit, and usage (per delivered message, at the rate shown in the product) is deducted from your balance. Top-ups are processed via PayU and are subject to GST as applicable under Indian law; a tax invoice is issued for every top-up. Unused wallet balance is not refundable except as required by law or at our discretion.

Availability

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service — this includes outages or changes on Meta's WhatsApp platform, which are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

GetSetSales is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of messages, contacts, or business resulting from downtime or third-party (including Meta) service interruptions.

Termination

You may stop using GetSetSales and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where required by law or by Meta's own platform policies.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
