The calculator uses the template rate you enter; Meta does not charge for replies sent inside the 24-hour customer service window. For AiSensy and WATI, replies are priced as their own pages list them. AiSensy and WATI figures use the plan prices and India per-message rates on their own pricing pages, effective 1 October 2026 (AiSensy, WATI), billed monthly, before any tax they add; their rates include Meta’s charge. Will I keep my WhatsApp number?
Yes. You disconnect the number from your current tool and connect it to GetSetSales through Meta’s own sign-up window. Customers message the same number as before. If the number is also on the WhatsApp Business app, you can keep using the app on your phone.
What happens to my approved templates?
Templates belong to the WhatsApp account they were approved on, so they are recreated here. We do it with you, and Meta reviews them again, usually within minutes.
Do my chatbots and automations come across?
They are rebuilt here, with you, on a free setup call. Most flows take a few minutes each in our builder; ready-made ones cover the common cases.
Is there a gap when nothing is sent?
Only while the number moves, usually under an hour. Plan the switch for a quiet time and keep a campaign until the templates are approved here.
