Connect your payments
Razorpay: GetSetSales gives you a webhook link. Paste it in your Razorpay Dashboard under Account & Settings → Webhooks. PayU: add your merchant key and the webhook link. Both stay your own accounts.
Pick the message
Choose the event (payment received, payment failed, link paid or expired) and the approved WhatsApp template to send, with the customer’s name, amount and order filled in.
Switch it on
From then on, every payment sends its WhatsApp message in seconds. Add a Google Sheets step to log each one as a row.
What businesses switch on first
Order confirmation
Payment received → “Thanks Priya, order #4821 is confirmed”, with the tracking link.
Failed payment rescue
Payment failed → a friendly WhatsApp with a fresh link to try again, before the customer walks away.
Fee receipts
For coaching and courses: fee paid → receipt and class details on WhatsApp, straight away.
Payment link reminders
Razorpay payment link expired → a reminder with a new link, instead of a phone call.
Every payment in a sheet
Each payment added to your Google Sheet: name, phone, amount, status. No copy-paste at month end.
Look things up
A customer asks “what’s my balance?” and the bot finds their row in your sheet and replies.
No connector tool in the middle
Most setups need a WhatsApp tool and a connector like Zapier or Pabbly to link payments to it. Here it’s one product.
| Usual setup | GetSetSales | |
|---|---|---|
| Connector (Zapier / Pabbly) | ₹1,500–2,500 a month | Not needed |
| WhatsApp tool monthly plan | Usually ₹1,500+ a month | ₹0 |
| Each receipt sent | Connector task + tool’s message price | ₹0.15 + Meta’s ₹0.115 |
| Setup | Often a developer or agency | 10 minutes, yourself |
Connector prices are Zapier and Pabbly paid plans as reported in October 2026; WhatsApp tool plans from AiSensy and WATI pricing pages. Meta’s India rate for an order update (utility message); Meta bills you for it directly.
Before you connect
Do I need a developer?
No. You copy one link into your Razorpay or PayU dashboard and pick a message in GetSetSales. If you get stuck, we’ll set it up with you on a free call.
Whose Razorpay or PayU account is it?
Yours. GetSetSales only receives a notice when a payment happens on your own account. Money never passes through us, and we never see card or bank details.
Why does the first message need an approved template?
WhatsApp requires a pre-approved template for any message you start. You write it once in GetSetSales (for example “Hi {name}, we’ve received ₹{amount} for order {order}”) and Meta usually approves it within minutes to a few hours.
What does each payment message cost?
₹0.15 from us, plus Meta’s own charge for an order update (₹0.115 in India), which Meta bills to you directly. There’s no base subscription, and your first 100 messages carry no GetSetSales fee.
Can I keep using the WhatsApp Business app?
Yes. Connect the same number you use today and keep the app on your phone. Receipts and automations run from GetSetSales on that same number.
How does Google Sheets connect?
Share your sheet with the GetSetSales address shown in the app (as an editor), and pick the columns in your automation. It can add a row, find a row by phone number, or update one.
No card at signup. Meta’s WhatsApp charges apply separately.
