Can the replies be in Hindi?
Yes. You write the replies, in English, Hindi or a mix, and the automation sends exactly what you wrote.
Can parents pay fees on WhatsApp?
Yes. Connect your Razorpay or PayU account and send a payment link in the reminder. When the payment comes in, a receipt goes out on WhatsApp automatically, and you can log it to Google Sheets.
Can I send results or batch updates to all my students at once?
Yes, to students and parents who have agreed to hear from you, using message templates that Meta approves. That’s the official WhatsApp Business API, so there’s none of the ban risk that unofficial bulk tools carry.
What will it cost my institute?
