GetSetSales is operated by Digiturtle Marketing (OPC) Private Limited ("we", "our", "us"), a company incorporated in India. We provide a platform that lets businesses send, automate, and manage WhatsApp campaigns. This policy explains what information we collect from you, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information in three ways:

• Account information — name, phone number, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text) when you create an account.
• Business information — your WhatsApp Business Account details, phone numbers, message templates, and the contacts you upload or your customers message you from, when you connect a WhatsApp number to GetSetSales.
• Usage information — campaign activity, message delivery status, and login activity, collected automatically as you use the platform.

How we use your information

• To operate the platform — sending your campaigns, running your automations, and showing you your own data.
• To bill you — usage-based billing against your prepaid wallet, and keeping a record of your top-ups.
• To secure your account — verifying your email, detecting suspicious login activity, and notifying you of sign-ins.
• To communicate with you about your account, such as verification codes, billing receipts, and service updates.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your contacts' data for any purpose beyond delivering the campaigns and automations you configure.

Third parties we work with

• Meta / WhatsApp Business Platform — every message you send through GetSetSales is delivered via Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API, and is subject to Meta's own data handling terms.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — our infrastructure (database, file storage, servers) runs on AWS. Your data is stored on AWS infrastructure in India (ap-south-1).
• PayU — wallet top-up payments are processed by PayU; we never see or store your card or bank details ourselves.

Data retention

Message-level detail is retained for a limited period (currently 90 days) and then automatically deleted. Aggregate campaign statistics and billing records are retained for as long as your account is active, and as required for tax and accounting purposes thereafter. Contact lists you upload remain until you delete them or close your account.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or export your account data from within the platform at any time. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us — some records (such as payment and billing records) may be retained longer where required by law.

How to delete your data

Full instructions are on the Delete your data page. In short: email support@getsetsales.in from the address registered on the account, with the subject line Delete my data, telling us the business name and the WhatsApp number connected to it.

We verify the request is genuinely from the account owner, then within 30 days we:

• disconnect your WhatsApp Business Account from our platform — the number itself remains yours;
• delete your contacts, conversations, message history, campaigns, automations and uploaded files;
• delete your team members' accounts and their access;
• delete the access tokens we hold for your WhatsApp numbers.

We confirm by email once it is done. Payment and tax records are retained for as long as Indian law requires, and aggregate figures that identify no one may remain in our billing totals. Deleting your data here does not delete anything held by Meta about your WhatsApp Business Account — request that through Meta directly.

Grievance officer

In line with India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, complaints about the handling of your data can be raised with our grievance contact below. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 15 days.
